Patria Palace Hotel - Ho Hotels Collection

We had a wonderful stay at the Patria Palace! It was honestly the highlight of our trip. When we arrived after a 40 hour plane journey the room was beautiful, super clean and bright. It was like an oasis after being out during the day! The staff were excellent and super helpful especially Camilla who helped us book amazing transfers to local towns as well as made some great recommendations. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very fresh and had a huge variety of options which were all included in our stay. We visited the rooftop for dinner also and it was beautiful, lovely staff, amazing food very different to typical Italian cuisine using local produce and innovative flavours! One not to miss when you are in Lecce. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

This is the place to stay in Lecce if you like quality and convenience. The property, from the food to the service, is very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in an 18th-century building and is located in the center of the old town, one block from the Basilica of Santa Croce. Very good restaurants in the area and, oh the Gelato!

Enjoyed 3 nights here for our honeymoon in early June. First off the property and design is absolutely stunning. We were lucky to stay in the junior suite with a view and it was by far my favourite room during our trip. The service and amenities are top notch. Breakfast was delicious and can be enjoyed inside or out on their patio. Location is perfect for enjoying Lecce and they also arranged for us to visit their beach club which was wonderful. The service and attitude of all the staff 5 stars. Book here, you will not be disappointed and we would absolutely stay here again if we're lucky enough to visit.

Very disappointing. We traveled all over Puglia and this was the most expensive (450 per night) and worst hotel experience we had. Dismissive staff. Tiny tiny room with no place to put our things. Looked nothing like the room we booked. (We knew we were in trouble when we saw our room was right next to the elevator) Were there any amenities? Who knows we had to figure it out for ourselves. Tried to hit the rooftop lounge- closed I guess. Housekeeping was confusing. No hair products (shampoo etc) were in the bathroom so we had to ask for it. First full day of housekeeping they took away mostly full soap products but left us with none. Why? Took away used towels and never replaced them. Why? Had plenty of time to look through our luggage and remove things we wanted to keep like bottles for water and drinking glasses but could not replace towels or soaps? Again had to ask for things. For this amount of money we had to work much to hard! Construction every morning out the window, nothing Patria could have done about that but a warning would have been nice. Surprised us with a 25 per day parking fee. Oh. Again why wasn't this mentioned? Poor experience overall. Would never return.
